Refilling of fire extinguishers are used to make sure your extinguishers are prepared to handle a fire emergency at any point of time. If we fail to schedule regular inspections to recharge our extinguishers, it will increase the chances for equipment malfunction
Recharge after each use
If the extinguishing agent inside was not completely discharged, the extinguisher still needs to be serviced in order to make sure it’s ready for its next use. We can’t use the extinguishers once again if it is used half or a little bit. Means, it should be as complete as in the beginning.
Periodical recharge
The statutory framework in the country makes it mandatory to refill your fire extinguisher the regular interval. We can’t put it aside this inspection even though the extinguishers are not used such a long time.
